We were commissioned to make wrought iron outside stairs. Metal stairs are made of various metals like Aluminum, Steel and Iron etc. But Wrought Iron stairs are immensely popular among people. Wrought Iron stairs have a sleek and elegant appearance. They are light also and can be maintained easily. When we were contacted by the customer, we set up an appointment with him to inspect the field area. After all, we required to know the height of the stairs (mm), the required width and above all the use of the stairs in order to create a perfect staircase. Our technical team took the necessary steel staircase measurements and after a detailed discussion with the customers, the scene was set to strike the iron.

We had designed the staircase in a spiral shape. We started by cutting the Durbar step tread to the size matching the measurements and then folded it. The next step was joining the steps to the support posts by the famous process of welding. Welding is the procedure by which we join two parts of metal together at an exceedingly high temperature. The third step was welding the stair spindles and joining them with the steps. Now the time had come to create the stairs handrail or in a more technical term, the banister. People also use stainless steel banisters but wrought Iron is ductile therefore it was very easy to bend the stair banister into a beautiful spiral shape. The handrails for stairs was then welded and joined onto the staircase spindles. The next step was to add the Primer coating to the staircase and Viola! Our wrought Iron staircase was ready for delivery. The Spiral design of the outside stairs has been delighting most of our customers.

Types of Metal Stairs

We also make custom designs of ladder gates. The Fixed Ladder with Safety Cages is yet another type of metal stairs which comes with safety protection. It is made for climbing 10” to 30” and side landing purpose. Another style of Fixed Ladder with Safety Cages comes with walk-thru handrails. The walk-thru handrails extend up to 42” above the landing base. The Stainless Steel Structural Staircase is very durable and best for industrial purposes. It is used in big offices and buildings. Stainless Steel Structural Staircase is used as emergency exit stairs and exterior stairs as well.
