Recently, we had a great time constructing alcove shelves for one of our customers. He had just shifted to London with his wife and two kids. He was getting the house remodeled and needed the alcove shelves for the bedroom and living room.

The initial appointment for the Alcoves Shelving

We made an appointment with him to visit the house in order to check out the site. This is very important step as we need to know the exact area where our bespoke product is going to be placed. Once the measurements were obtained, we then had a detailed discussion with the customer about the creation and installation of the alcove shelving. Now we had to begin the process of making the alcove shelves.

Cutting the metal places, join, shapes and assemble .....

The first step in this effect was to cut the metal plates for the alcove shelves. The next step was to cut the metal plates in the exact size of the alcoves shelves. After this, we had to join the sheets together in the form of a division to give it the shape of shelves. All this is done by welding, which is the process of joining two pieces of metal by heating on high temperature of 8000C to 16350C. Now we had given the alcove shelving an appearance. Each shelf measured differently which would give them a tasteful designer look. Then we assembled the shelves together by binding them with screws. Once we had the alcove shelving ready, the time had come to give them a finish. We had to give a polyester coating to the alcove shelving before sending it in the oven. Our designer bespoke alcove shelving was ready to be installed. The alcove shelving was completed on time and to the customres satisfaction.
